Why should I choose Short Term Residences?

What percentage of occupants are corporate vs destination travelers?
Our client mix at any given property is dependant on the type of property. Some properties are only suitable for corporate guests, with minimum stays of 30 days or longer. Other properties are more suitable for destination travelers or vacationers looking to stay on average from 1-7 days.
What happens if an occupant damages my property?
Short Term Residences accepts full responsibility for any occupant-caused damage that occurs to your unit. We have never had a problem but rest assured, if anything occurs, we’ll proceed with coordinating all repairs and maintenance AND we’ll continue to pay you rent even if the property is unoccupied.
Can we be added as "additional insured" on your policy?
Absolutely! Our policy is a comprehensive policy and we are more than happy to add you as an additional loss payee.
How does Short Term Residences make money? What's in it for you?
Short Term Residences makes money by charging a premium to occupants who desire fully furnished units that provide Comfort, Location, and Entertainment! We profit through revenue share or master lease agreements.
Do you accept any type of property into your program?
Unfortunately, we do not. We primarily work with apartment complexes, multi-family units (duplexes, triplexes, etc.) townhomes, and single-family homes. Schedule a call HERE to see if you qualify.
